Telco Business Analyst

Support client business teams in the annual and quarterly planning process and the ARB process;
Translate client requirements to IT requirements, assess the feasibility and in consultation with delivery teams provide a prompt timeline estimation and any prioritization requirements;
Support client business teams on the deployment, testing and acceptance of new business capabilities.
Coordinate client business requirements across Transformation & AMS delivery streams.
Assess feasibility and in consultation with delivery teams provide prompt timeline estimation and prioritization requirements.
Develop and own business requirements documents for new projects and enhancements.
Lead/be accountable for execution of the RFS (Request for service) process with business units/management over the client side to ensure we meet timeframes, deliverable quality.

Experience/skills
Business Analyst/Consultant set of skills and experience
Ability to communicate with business functions and IT team to define BSS business requirements for use in development
Possess sufficient technical knowledge (BSS area) to challenge or verify the client's request or desired approach
Understanding of operations of a CSP with eTOM/TAM awareness
