TELCO BSS TRANSFORMATION BUSINESS ANALYST - EUROPE WIDE

The Business Analyst will analyse requirements related to their IT/Business Transformation -Equinox, and translate these requirements into functional specifications. Details evaluation will be required for best fit solutions within customers business needs in cooperation with the technical consultants to ensure end-user satisfaction and new requirements are met in a timely manner within the cost projections and with quality. They are also required to propose suitable and easy workaround for non 100% compliant requirements. At the same time DCR (Design Change Requests) will be need to be established and coordinated effectively and in line with the customer's needs. IT focused, Business Analyst experience in BSS essential.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Analysis and Solution Definition
- Understands client organization's direction, structure, and requirements.
- Product configuration
- Analyses client organization's industry and competitive position.
- Documents and analyses required information and data.
- Prepares requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations.
- Technical Recommendation and Testing
- Understands technical design specifications.
- Develops accurate and complete test plans.
- Conducts testing according to plan.
- Identifies and documents system deficiencies and recommends solutions.
- Assists in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules.
- Takes input from supervisor and appropriately and accurately applies comments/feedback.
- Develops internal and external meeting objectives and agendas
- Communication
- Promotes active listening with team members. Contributes appropriately to conversations.
- Accurately prepares written business correspondence.
- Understand Telecommunications and Client Server architectures.

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor's Degree qualification or above majoring in Telecommunication/IT/Computer Science/Engineering/or other related technical discipline.
- Knowledge of software development cycle.
- Able to work in fast pace working environment.
- Excellent team spirit with good communications and interpersonal skills.
- Customer facing experience: Understand expectations that were set with client and recognizes when issues/events may affect delivery.
