This candidate would need to have 10 years Telco experience and have experience of performing an Architect role for delivery projects.
Main responsibility includes discovery and understanding the system impacts of a project to the existing IT Care and Billing OSS/BSS estate, manage and review vendor deliverables like high level design, low level design etc. Finally support the project (in an Architecture capacity) through its delivery. This would mean reviewing any changes or escalations and ensuring that the solution will meet the business goals.
