TEE EQA Process Development Engineer

As a EQA process development engineer working for a Tier 1 Supplier in the automotive sector you will be responsible for:-

" Continue and complete the definition of the key TEE development business processes
" Providing metrics reporting TEE derived from issues, risks and C40 status

Primary Position Responsibilities:
" Business Process Development
o To manage the completion of the TEE Development Process definitions
o Co-ordinate expert teams to define processes
o Manage resource required to model and document the process in the definition tool
o Develop communication and training required to deploy processes
" Metrics Reporting:
o Producing weekly and monthly reporting on TEE key performance indicators for TEE Technical Directors and VP
o Status Reporting and Review with TEE management and other functions
o Assign and track analysis with CI group and Subject Matter experts
o Track the implementation of derived Preventive Actions
o Obtaining confirmation of improvement implementation

Education and Certification Requirements
" Engineering level degree in Electronics, Software or Quality
" Candidates for this position should have an academic background in one or more engineering disciplines or in Computer Science

Experience and Skills Requirements
" Business Process Modelling
" Change Management
" Excellent IT skills, particularly proficient with Excel and Powerpoint for data analysis and presentation
" Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
" Attention to detail.
" Collation of data and production of reports.
" Use of Web based data tools.
" Conversant with continuous improvement methods
" Knowledge of TRW products and processes would be useful
