Essential Skills and Experience

- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Training accreditation - TAP - Highly Adv
- Project Management skills - Prince2, PMP - Highly Adv
- Delivering and designing training programmes within banking
- Implementing e-learning
- Strong MS office skills: Word and Powerpoint
- Previously used Pega systems
- Using and delivering Webex
- Strong communication skills - verbal and written
- Highly analytical thought process/work manner
