JOIN ONE OF THE WORLD'S LEADING HUMAN CAPITAL AND WORKFORCE MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS PROVIDERS. Allegis Group Services, a part of Allegis Group, is looking to hire an on-site Full Lifecycle Recruitment Specialist (Technology) in Bournemouth (1 year fixed term contract).

The Client Recruitment Specialist will work within a Recruitment and HR function located on-site with one of our global Investment Banking clients. They will have responsibility for high volume sourcing of qualified candidates for open positions in a designated functional area of the client's organisation, utilising a variety of sources including internal employee postings, approved job boards, internal and external databases, directly sourced candidates, advertisements and employee referrals. The role will manage full end-to-end recruitment, qualifying requirements directly with hiring managers, defining strategy and also liaising with external suppliers where necessary. This role will also incorporate some EMEA-based recruitment.

Candidates must have experience in the recruitment industry - corporate and in-house environment preferred. Experience sourcing and qualifying a high volume of candidates, from a low or no fee source such as job boards, LinkedIn and social media is required, as well as a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office software, experience in or knowledge of applicant tracking systems and processes.

Candidate must have the ability to interact with people at all levels of an organisation and develop strong client and candidate relationships. Strong written and verbal presentation skills are also required, as well as the ability to write client oriented communications (eg emails, job descriptions).

Additional job requirements include: proven ability to manage multiple projects/tasks at the same time and proven ability to perform under pressure and under tight deadlines.
