Technology Lead, Tech Operational Improvement

Our client, a leading payments business requires an experienced Technology Lead for a technology operational improvement programme of change to maximise the organisations efficiency and performance.

Reporting into the CTO, the role requires an individual with extensive hands on and management experience of large IT/Technology transformations which require significant experience of managing technology improvements across multi platforms to drive efficiency, implementing pragmatic solutions (scoping out and shaping them), being responsible for release & particularly incident management. The ideal individual will be used to large complicated technology states and changes across multi locations and technology. The organisation has every type of technology from Legacy systems (Ingres/Uniface) through to modern technology with agile part implemented in areas.

The ideal candidate will be a hands on senior Technology IT Lead with significant experience of Technology operational improvement across large and complicated Technology & Business Systems states within the Payments/Financial services world. The role is hands on but require significant senior level stakeholder engagement and the ability to drive through Technology change in a complex challenging environment.
