Technology IT/BI Lead (m/f)

Scope:

- Team leadership for technical project team (10-20 FTE)
- Project planning integrated into global program, tracking and status reporting
- Define scope and deliverables
- Derive objectives from program strategy
- Develop plan w/milestones and project organization
- Conduct partial plans w/predecessor-successor relations based on information flows
- Track progress back and forth
- Define and manage resources and tools w/matching capabilities related to project plan
- Project planning GPM/DIN/ISO/GANNT
- Manage budget planning and forecasting
- Manage business case development

Skill set:

- Profound knowledge of BI, Datawarehouse, ETL, SAP all incl. HANA and Simple Finance, Amdocs, CRM
- Leadership experience in managing multinational teams
- Management capabilities to negotiate and align approach with international stakeholders
- MS Projects
- Profound knowledge of IFRS15 processes and key characteristics
- In-depth understanding of ERP template projects and experience in managing multinational system integrator teams
