Technologist - Food, Food science, Process, HACCP, Graduate/Experienced
Nottingham, up to £200 per day; initial 6 months (contract)

My client are a large British food manufacturing company with over 10,000 employees and a wide presence across cakes, bread, food ingredients - to name a few.

They are looking for graduates and experienced technologists with a degree/background in food, food sciences or similar degrees/domains.

The key focus of the role is to successfully implement cost effective quality processes to make sure that the food is produced safely. You will be responsible for bringing into effect quality management and food safety processes.

Likewise, you will be working to continuously improve processes, making sure that products match the good manufacturing standard, meet the requisites and are compliant as per the regulations.

Key skills/experience:

- DEGREE/EXPERIENCE IN FOOD SCIENCES OR A SIMILAR DISCIPLINE
- INTERMEDIATE LEVEL HACCP
- IDEALLY AN AUDITOR QUALIFICATION WITH A RECORD OF PROCESS IMPLEMENTATION AND MAINTENANCE
