Role Description:
Our client is looking for a technology-minded Office Assistant to support his/her team.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Systematical review/check for correctness of the internal document filing and storage
- Data administration and maintenance of the document system (administrative approach, not technical)
- Maintenance and administration of document systems
Required Skills:
- Very exact and precise way of working is an absolute must/key word in this context: "eagle eyes"
- Highly customer focused work approach and mindset is an absolute must
- Very good handling of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Very good handling of Adobe Acrobat: create, edit, convert, digitally sign, encrypt, export and publish PDF files
- General technical flair
- Flexibility/openness towards different software (solutions)
- Open-minded
- Flexible attitude
- Hands-on, independent and pro-active working style
- Team player
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good communicator
Languages:
- Very good English (written & spoken) is an absolute must, as this is the main language of your daily work/tasks
- German (written & spoken) is welcomed, but not mandatory at all
