My client is looking for a Technician to assist with its programme of office moves and maintaining a reliable, resilient and robust ICT service.
The essential requirements include:
- Desktop: XP operating system to present, including installing software, network configuration and printer installations.
- Servers: Installation of print Servers, encryption software and Active Directory 2008 Management in a Microsoft environment.
- Networking: Patching into Switches, making network printers live from the patch panel to the switch.
- Other: Avaya telephone system to replace handsets and fault diagnosis.
Qualifications:
BCS ECDL or an equivalent qualification and the Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) qualification. A current driving licence is also required.
