Technician for Instrument Stream of Laboratory Automation (m/f)

MY DUTIES:

-Responsibility to support global project scheduling and global timelines
-Take care of implementation documentation (plan/checklist/report), including prioritization
-Coordinate and support site-team activities, involving subject matter experts (SMEs), as well as global and local IT-teams as appropriate
-Organize and support the QC/LES method/template development activities
-Manage escalation of challenges and questions
-Working together with laboratory teams

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-Previous experience of instrument landscapes of laboratories and Laboratory Informatics
-Experience with quality standards in Pharma industry (GxP, CSV)
-Experience with LES; nuGenisis toolbox for data handling from Waters highly preferred
-Deep knowledge of data transmission protocols and regular expressions
-LIMS ATLAS/LABWARE, LABX and SDS hands-on experience
-General IT know-how: RS 232, Excel, Software development base knowledge, ITIL
-Great customer focus skills and attention to details (proactive, communicative and a “thinker”)
-Proactive investigation of issues and functionalities that may be required
-Great team player with good communication skills (excellent English language skills)
-CSV background and experience in working with IT-Quality
