Technician and MOT Tester

Experienced Technician and MOT Tester For Franchised Dealership required in Mountsorrel, Leicester.

We currently require a qualified Vehicle Technician to join our Kia Franchised dealership in Mountsorrel, Leicestershire.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Carrying out fault diagnosis, service and repair as instructed to the standards laid down by both the manufacturer and the Company.
- Ensure faults are accurately diagnosed and report to Service Manager as required on vehicle condition, safety, reliability and performance.
- Indicate to Service Manager possible future faults and repair requirements.
- Maintain all records and paperwork relevant to the function, ensuring they are accurate and up to date at all times.

What we're looking for:

- To be considered for this vacancy you will need to hold NVQ levels 1, 2 and 3 or equivalent in a relevant vehicle maintenance subject.
- A well-presented individual with a desire, character and attitude to succeed.
- The ability to quickly establish and build rapport with our customers when required.
- You will also possess a valid driving licence and be willing to work Monday to Friday as well as being open to the possibility of working Saturdays on a rotating basis as the business grows.

Competitive salary dependent on skill level (£18-24k Basic plus bonus)

Motor Trade experience in the role is essential.
