Technical Writing Specialist

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a TECHNICAL WRITING SPECIALIST to join our client, a leader in the pharmaceutical industry, in Suffern, NY.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Writing, editing, proofreading and facilitating approvals of Standard Operating Procedures, Protocols and Reports for Manufacturing and Packaging Operations in accordance with FDA, ISO and governing bodies.

Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree and prior technical experience required
- Must possess knowledge of pharmaceutical packaging operations with seven to eight (7-8) years of work experience
- ESOP knowledge/experience
- Experience in pharmaceutical packaging/GMP environment; and have the ability to evaluate changes proposed and verify end to end processes to update SOP's accordingly.
- Strong technical knowledge as well as verbal and written communications skills as department liaison along with the ability to understand inventory management and batch release processes.
