NextLink is having an existing position as a TECHNICAL WRITER for global projects in Basel area, Switzerland.

GENERAL INFORMATION:
- Start date: 02.10.2017
- Latest start date: 30.10.2017
- End date: 31.12.2017
- Extension: may be possible
- Work location: Basel area
- Workload: 100%
- Remote/Home Office: 1-2 days per week, prior to agreement

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Developing, writing, and editing of material for manuals, briefs, instruction books, catalogs, and related technical and administrative publications concerned with work methods and procedures, and installation, operation, and maintenance

MUST HAVES:
- +5 years of experience in writing and editing documentation in English to be understood by a global organization
- 2-3 years of experience in the Security/Quality relevant area
- Sound intermediate-level knowledge of languages, standards and processes in the IT area (eg GxP, validation, security)
- Very good experience with GDocs and Microsoft Tools (eg Word, Powerpoint)
- Solid experience and capability in authoring layouts (eg former experience with webdesign/design/trainings/marketing materials)
- Experience with and understanding of IT domains and their operations

NICE TO HAVES:
+++ Native/fluent speaker English
