WORK EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS: - - Strong Technical Writing background including creating U ser Guides, E-learning, and Online Help
- Ability to create professional documentation and updates -
- Experience implementation of guides, templates and processes -
- Ability to project manage the documentation cycle -
- An understanding of the SW development life cycle -
- Total fluency and mastery of English -
- Autonomous -
- Ability to bring structure to chaos -
- Able to communicate with engineers and promote good practices -
- A flexible and collaborative approach

THE ROLE: - On going review, correction and writing of service documentation for regular releases of SW products, the creation of professional review processes.

KEY OBJECTIVES: - - Review and correct Documentation, with a focus on functional content. Improve quality of existing documentation
- Help define guidelines for documentation writing and review
- Educate engineers on good documentation practices
- Highlight needs for documentation templates and tools
- Reduce time impact of documentation review
