Content creation - User guides and training materials
Job description
o Work with subject matter experts and Super User to create
o How-to-click manuals and videos for SAP and other tools
o Basic conceptual descriptions of business, processes and procedures
o Rewrite and improve existing user guides and training materials
Our Client is looking for a consultant that can help produce user guides and training materials.
Most important is ability and experience with capturing business, system and process knowledge and transforming it into well-communicating and pedagogical presentations and user guides.
It's an advantage to have experience in screen capturing software such as TTKF, Enable Now, Adobe Captivate.
