TECHNICAL WRITER, SERVICE CONTROL AND ASSURANCE, ALICANTE SPAIN
We require an English-speaking Technical Writer to work in IT Service Control and Assurance for our client in Alicante for a long-term assignment in an International environment in a great location on the Spanish coast. You will be writing technical documentation relating to ITIL processes, Quality Plans and defining IT services for the Service Catalogue. Knowledge of ISO9001, ITIL and IT Quality Control.
THE ROLE
Service Control and Assurance Officer performing a Technical Writer role for IT Quality Control within IT Infrastructure and Operations Management .
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
- IT Technical writing
- The definition of ITIL processes;
- Service Catalogue definition;
- Quality Plan;
- Knowledge of ITIL;
- Knowledge of ISO 9001
- Knowledge and experience in IT processes' Quality Control.
LANGUAGES
- English: a high level of both spoken and written English is required. Minimum accepted level B2 of the CEF (Common European Framework).
- Spanish is valuable but not essential.
Candidates should be eligible to work in Spain, as we cannot process work permits.
CVs should be provided in English and Word, preferably in Europass format.
