Technical Writer - Senior

Our client is one of the world's leading financial services seeking a TECHNICAL WRITER to create documentation templates, style guides, and content for payments technology. Candidate will have familiarity of payments industry regulatory requirements, extensive knowledge of payment industry business model, payment systems, and documentation requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experience with payment technology systems
- Experience successfully creating large, complex documentation involving multiple contributors
- Excellent MS Word 2012, Visio 2012, Adobe Acrobat, and FrameMaker skills
- Prior payments technology experience (Banking, Card, eCom)-sample documentation should be provided with Resume
- Understanding of financial industry regulatory compliance-sample documentation should be provided with Resume
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Demonstrated attention to detail
- Project management and planning skills a plus
- Arbortext skills preferred
- Extensive technical writing background (5+ years)

This contract position is expected to be 4 months in duration.
