Job description

The consultant will be responsibility for:

- Assisting the Training Manager in the quality review of all training materials.
- The technical writer will have the responsibility of reviewing all training to be offered.
- They will ensure the quality of text, images and video.
- They will ensure that the instructional design elements is implemented.
- The Technical writer will be responsible for preparing training materials for translation.
- Finally they will ensure the quality of all official documents eg all standards, policies and procedures.

Mandatory Fields

Description of Mandatory Fields

Proven working experience in technical writing of software documentation. Experience with Microsoft style guide is a plus.

Experience in with the creation of E-learning, online help and training manuals.

Experience in implementing specific templates and guidelines.

Experience in using Microsoft Suite, Adobe InDesign or any other publishing software
