The successful candidate must have:
- 3+ years of experience developing materials for audiences of varying technical levels with excellent writing and editing skills
- Knowledge of various applications used for creating and editing documentation, including Microsoft Word, MadCap Flare, DITA, RoboHelp (or similar help authoring tool) and HTML editing tools
- Experience in a high tech company.
- Familiarity with Visio or similar diagramming software package; experience with XML; experience with Adobe PhotoShop or other image editing tools; Java architecture/code, SQL & MySQL, Linux, Unix, mobile application projects.
- Healthcare experience a plus
