Technical Writer (m/f)

emagine consulting is looking for an experienced Technical Writer to assist a learning design and development team for the world's leading Travel IT solutions company. The team provide resources to help employees and customers acquire new skills and knowledge. Working in conjunction with SMEs and within the constraints of defined templates and style guides, the role is to design & deliver User Guides, E-learning, and Online to support a specific product line.

This includes:
Taking ownership of projects from start to finish
Building a comprehensive understanding of products, systems functionalities, business workflows and user audiences
Designing appropriate document structures
Planning and writing comprehensive and concise content in the topic-based approach

You must have over 5 years' experience as a Technical Writer with native level English Language skills.

In addition you need:
Autonomy

Excellent interpersonal skills
Multicultural approach
Experience with Complex SW products
