TECHNICAL WRITER needed for a CONTRACT HIRE opportunity with Yoh's client located in ST. LOUIS, MO.

- Ability to translate technical data and information into materials that are attractive and easily read and understood by growers.
- THIS IS A PART TIME, WORK-FROM-HOME, CONTRACTOR POSITION.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Coordinate with field agronomists, Knowledge Transfer, Technology Development Representatives, Technology Development Managers, and academics to source/produce timely and relevant content for use in grower targeted communications.
- Create local, regional and national agronomic content integrating basic agronomy.
- Create print and web-based newsletters to provide time sensitive technical tips and to articulate the benefits and advantages of agronomic systems featuring company branded products.
- Summarize/translate technical data into interesting, insightful and clear media-based tools for use by others.
- Engage in technical information-based initiatives to drive/enhance grower contact.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- B.S. or equivalent experience in agronomy, weed science, entomology, soil science or a closely related field required.
- Ability to translate technical data and information into materials that are attractive and easily read and understood by growers.
- Training and experience in experimental design, field test plot management, statistics and data interpretation is required.
- Strong oral, written and presentation skills are needed.
