TECHNICAL WRITER - ITS USER GUIDES - ENGLISH AND FRENCH - LA DEFENCE

YOU NEED:

- 1 year +Technical Writing experience
- Good understanding or IT systems, Networks and Core Applications
- Excellent Drafting skills in English
- Fluent French (talking to SMEs)
- Ability to work on several projects simultaneously
- Project management skills
- Writing User Guides, Intranet and Collaboration Site updating
- Autonomous SharePoint (n.t.h)

THE ROLE is to support Communications Manager by gathering information from IT systems managers about best systems changes and best practices and communicate these to the user community with:

- Day-to-day update and follow-up of ITES communication team action logs
- Weekly update of end-users IT Tips on Intranet
- ITES tools news on Intranet
- IT Portal version release user guides/leaflets/communication material
- IT Learning monthly updates
- Preparation of intercompany social media communications on ITES solutions
- Security & Network user guides/leaflets/communication material in preparation for systems changes

THE TEAM: Part of an international corporate the IT communications team deliver information to help users learn best practices and communication of system changes.
