My client, a world renowned global organisation is seeking a Technical Writer to assume responsibility for the delivery of project technical documentation as per the company's project management methodology. Ideal candidate has previous experience with similar role in company projects.
ACCOUNTABILITIES/REQUIREMENTS
* Responsible for the preparation, review, revision and delivery of required technical and ICE methodology relevant documentation for UCC Integrated Conferencing project
* Contribute to creation and execution of testing documentation
* Assist in planning, creating and developing various manuals, procedure, training materials, instruction guides and other technical documentations.
* Review and edit technical writing by other team members to maintain clarity, consistency, and quality.
* Deliver final versions of the materials and submit to document control for release.
* Maintain project and task plans and assignments.
* Adhere to all departmental policies, procedures, standards, and document templates where applicable.
EDUCATION
Essential:
* Computer-related College or University Degree
SKILLS/JOB RELATED KNOWLEDGE
* Excellent oral and written communication skills - English speaker
* Optional: Familiar in ITIL v3 standards
