Technical Writer (f/m)

Task description:
"Communicate complex information clearly, concisely, and accurately, without relying on jargon
"Writing conceptual overviews and procedures, or updating help center queries and FAQs
"Write, publish, and maintain high-quality help content, white papers, and user interface messaging
"Manage the production and publishing of documentation
"Collaborate with product and content experts, and build strong relationships with partners
"Identify user needs, use cases, and metrics to focus priorities
"Juggle and prioritize multiple projects

Your profile:
"BA degree in English, journalism, technical writing, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
"Excellent writing skills - writing and editing software documentation in a web production environment
"Confidence with technology
"Ability to work remotely, independently, proactively
"Fluency in English
"Basic HTML
