TECHNICAL WRITER - Training Materials: User Guides, E-learning, and Online Help

5 years + writing experience in English ( Fluent level documentation)

Analytical, methodical, structured and rigorous

Strong experience with templates, style guides, procedures and processes

University Degree or equivalent in technical writing

Excellent organization skills

Strong planning, scheduling and research skills

Excellent interpersonal skills are essential

Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously and adjust to changing requirements

Multicultural approach (ability to work and communicate effectively across regional cultures)

Autonomous with strong follow-through skills

Experience with complex software systems a plus

Information Mapping (n.t.h.)

ROLE

- Rewrite, Design, develop and deliver training materials user guides and online help.

Take ownership of projects varying in size and complexity, from start to finish

Perform needs analysis (where appropriate)

Using a topic-based, single-sourcing writing approach
