Technical Writer/Community Driver - Contract - Galway, Ireland

TECHNICAL WRITER/COMMUNITY DRIVER - GALWAY, IRELAND - CONTRACT

The Technical Writer/Community Driver will engage with multiple Center of Excellence (CoE) leaders to identify and create content needed for their successful launch and sustain. This person will conduct multiple interviews and publish content in a timely manner to ensure vitality of each CoE and to build momentum around new compelling.

RESPONSIBILITIES;

- Work with CoE leaders to publish a regular cadence of blog posts as well as replies to discussion board elements
- Create a regular cadence of publications which serve to create awareness and value of CoEs
- Conduct interviews with leaders within organizations outside of our organization for publication of newsletters and email briefs
- Work with technical staff to create white paper documents which speak to business value of efforts within the CoE
- Create technical specification documents (including wikis) which will add to the CoEs technical perspective.
- Aid in facilitation of critical meetings by effectively capturing key decisions and action items which can then be published to a wider audience.

QUALIFICATIONS;

- Technical acumen in the area of business intelligence, business analytics and master data management.
- Proficient in the use of core documentation tools (primarily Microsoft Office)
- Ability to work multiple disconnected efforts simultaneously
- Ability to transform technical features into business valued capabilities (speak to the voice of the audience)
- Proactive in approach to driving the completion of efforts
- Ability to utilize a variety of means of communication to gather needed information to create needed document elements.
