Technical Writer/Business Process Analyst

Yoh has a two to three (2-3) month contract opportunity for a TECHNICAL WRITER/BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYST to join our client in Philadelphia.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Document business process flow/diagrams and SOP's for SAP implementation project
- Interview subject matter experts; perform gap analysis
- Develop thorough job descriptions
- Some travel may be involved.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Three (3) plus years of experience with technical writing and/or business process analysis experience
- Manufacturing experience
- Basic SAP knowledge
- The ability to travel as needed
- The ideal candidate will have manufacturing industry experience, significant experience documenting business process flow, and basic SAP knowledge.
