You will be working closely with the technical teams to gain an understanding of what and how the systems/applications have been configured and how they function to produce the operational guides required for hand over to BAU support teams.
Documentation to be produced includes, but not limited to the following:
- Configuration guides
- Service Management Plans
- Training material
Must Have experience
- Knowledge of operational process documentation
- 5 years Technical Writing/Business Analysis
