OUR CLIENT, ONE OF THE LARGEST PRIVATELY HELD, INDEPENDENT PROVIDERS OF LITIGATION INFORMATION MANAGEMENT SERVICES IN THE U.S. HAS AN IMMEDIATE OPENING FOR TECHNICAL WRITER - ATLANTA, GA.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

- 3+ years experience in technical writing
- Bachelor's degree in technical writing, journalism, communications or related field
- Excellent interpersonal and general business communication skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to manage and prioritize tasks in a deadline driven environment and communicate regularly with project manager to assess workload
- Demonstrated success working in an environment driven by budget, scope and deadlines across multiple clients/projects
- Demonstrated success working with multiple subject matter experts, reporting and tracking status for multiple points of contact within a large organization
- Experience with researching and gathering relevant technical data from subject matter experts such as engineers, developers and programmers as well as from internal documents
- Must have expertise using the following applications (1+ years required for all): Adobe FrameMaker, Adobe Acrobat Professional, MS Word

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Handle and manage overall process of responding to RFPs, RFIs, and questionnaires from prospects and existing clients with varied product needs and services
- Analyze RFP requirements in order to write, answer, organize and edit proposal content
- Identify, coordinate, schedule, and engage team members (sales, operations, financial, legal, support, IT, etc.) to discuss proposed solution
- Research and write responses to proposal questions which include current plan, operational, and investment statistics, process descriptions, information security inquiries, and marketing language
- Develop and maintain a database populated with high-quality company and product language
- Participate in growth of new methodologies, strategies, tools, and processes Other responsibilities for this team include the following:
- Social Media Management - Finding, sharing and responding to questions/comments about AirWatch or MDM in general over social media channels
- Content Library Creation and Management - Continuously updating content and working with various teams to include up-and-coming features to the Content Library
- Policy and Document Creation - Research and create new policies based on requirements in RFPs and share and distribute to various teams (ie Environmental Policy, Health and Safety Policy, etc)
- Business Development - The RFP is our first and sometimes only contact allowed early in the sales cycle, so this team directly effects the sales cycle and the company's revenue stream.
