The successful candidate will have a minimum 1 year experience within the IT industry creating technical training documents. Experience with Use Cases is essential. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills are crucial.
In this role, you will be liaising with multiple stakeholders and teams and interpreting the technical information provided to create high quality training materials.
