IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Compiling technical documentation
-Providing a process description based on flowcharts and roles and responsibilities
-Making available the process descriptions in formats to provide a paper-based process description
-Making available the process descriptions in formats to provide a process description for the intranet
-Making available the process descriptions in a GMP-compliant format

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Previous experience in writing GMP processes in the pharmaceutical or life sciences or medical device industry
-Expert-level use of Word, Excel, and Acrobat and experience with document management systems (e.g. Documentum) and document sharing systems (e.g. SharePoint)
-Experience with html editing is an asset
-Tenacious attention to detail and consistency, especially with respect to style, format, and layout using electronic tools
-Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both orally and in writing, in English and German
