Technical Writer

Technical Writer wanted for our Zurich based client in the IT service sector.

YOUR TASKS:

- Acquiring complex technical information and writing technical documentation-including architectural overview, programming guides, and tutorials for the engineering team
- Accomplishing clear and succinct educational materials on the web for developers
- Maintaining documents written by engineering teams and drive active contributions
- Improving the writing skills of the coach engineers by refining their documents written
- Working with technical leads, technical managers, and program managers to prioritize most important jobs

YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

- BA/BS degree and 4+ years of working experience along with background in statistical analysis
- Solid working experience using UNIX environments, Scripting languages, developer tools, and version control systems along with proficiency in HTML and CSS
- Experience with statistical analysis and database queries along with ability to document source code written in Java, Objective C, or JavaScript
- Excellent knowledge of researching and writing effective documents for developers, including architectural overviews and programming guides
- Ability to grasp complex technical concepts and communicate them to a technical audience
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
