Technical Writer/Zuchwil, Switzerland/90CHF/3 Month Contract
Our client, a global giant in their field, is seeking to appoint a contract Technical Writer with good documentation practise to prepare technical and regulatory documents.
Primary Tasks and responsibilities:
*Prepare technical & regulatory documents within established timelines that are of high quality in terms of applicable content, data interpretation, organization, clarity, accuracy, format, and consistency, with adherence to regulatory guidelines, J&J internal guidelines/styles/processes, and SDLC standards/guidelines.
*Writing technical SOP's (procedures) and work instructions based on input from the different technical departments and based on available documentation/presentations.
*Perform technical writing, research, and related editing functions to prepare documents, test plans, user cases, project manuals, business proposals, reports, briefings, presentations, guidelines, and other written materials.
Key Requirements
*Technical Writing Expertise.
*Experience in writing process documents (eg, Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions)
*Experience in Good Documentation Practice.
*Able to work independently and be a quick starter.
*Knowledge in Medical Device Supply Chain advantageous.
*Expertise in DePuy Synthes framework advantageous.
*German and English language proficiency, understanding Swiss dialect essential.
Non-Technical profile requirements:
*Accepts personal responsibility for client satisfaction.
*Strong tracking, coordination and project planning skills.
*Establishes and manages engagement objectives, expectations and quality plan.
*Ability to identify and implement process and/or application improvements.
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
*Must be able to work on multiple simultaneous tasks with limited supervision.
*Quick learner, motivated self-starter.
*Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills.
*Able to follow change management procedures and internal guidelines.
*Methodology/Certification requirements.
*Master and/or Bachelor Degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Chemistry or Bioinformatics OR equivalent through experience.
*Advanced course work in technical systems plus continued education in technical disciplines is preferred
*Additional certification is a plus
