Technical Writer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ARE:

Support Project Managers in the collection of technical data from internal and external sources, and development of project and/or systems engineering technical documentation.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

- Strong Technical Writing skills
- Extensive working knowledge of Word, Excel,Visio and Powerpoint, including complex template development
- Knowledge and experience in developing technical data within ICT projects/products/applications

HIGHLY DESIRABLE:

- Australian Defence documentation experience (ideally with AUSDEFCON DIDs)
- Good knowledge of other document tools such as Visio and Screen capture manipulation
- Experience with ICT technical User Guides
- Training course material development
- Tender responses
- Experience in developing ICT product or services documentation
- Security Clearance of Baseline or higher
