Job description:
In line with the operating plan, policies and procedures for the production of documentation, to monitor, supervise and coordinate a team of technical writers creating, updating and publishing consistent and quality documentation enabling users a optimum use of products and services.
The requested skills are:
EXCELLENT ENGLISH
WRITING SKILLS (5-8yrs)
PROVEN EXPERIENCE IN STRUCTURED WRITING (5-8yrs)
SINGLE-SOURCING IN AN XML BASED ENVIRONMENT (5-8yrs)
The scope of work is as follows:
1) be the backup writer for AMH related documentation, authoring according to SWIFT best practices and within the agreed documentation planning 2) convert AMH related documentation from the existing Word platform to the current XML/DITA platform, using information mapping, minimalism and project guidelines.
