GCS has a new requirement for a skilled Technical Writer to join our client based in South Wicklow. This is an initial 6 month contract with a daily rate of €250 - €280 DOE.
Role/Responsibilities
- Prepares and maintains system-related documentation for the AXIS and Poseidon applications. This will include system overview documents, user/reference manuals, online help, training materials and Share Point site content.
- Responsible for ensuring the accuracy of existing Service Continuity Plans (SCP) and Business Continuity Plans (BCP) in the EBRP system.
- The role will also involve the formalization of the structure and content of the existing internal documentation library.
- Documenting and maintaining any artefacts required to support internal or external audit activities.
- Provide clear and concise release notes to accompany each production code deployment.
- Provides or coordinates special documentation services as required.
