Technical Writer

Due to an increase in Project demand and a number of key change initiatives taking place in the new financial year, we are looking for multiple Technical Writers to work for an iconic Australian market leader in the IT space. Working within a high performing and highly regarded team, we are looking for Technical Writers that combine technical expertise with cultural fit, someone who can work across different business groups and be confident reporting into senior level stakeholders.

Experience;

- 3+ years Technical Writing experience, preferably working directly for a Telco or a Bank.
- Hands-on technical writing and editing experience, with specific experience in documenting information technology software and systems within the ITIL framework
- Preferred - Prior process improvement and training experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Sound knowledge of Best Practice for Policy and Procedure practice
- Expert knowledge of, MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel,
- Ability to work with people at all levels of the organisation
- Ability to work as part of a team or individually
- Exceptional attention to detail
