AN EXCITING OPPORTUNITY EXISTS FOR A DOCUMENT WRITER TO JOIN MY CLIENT'S TEAM IN PARRAMATTA. THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND A DEMONSTRATED BACKGROUND IN CREATING TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION.

YOU WILL BE SITTING WITH THE FUNCTIONAL TEAMS TO DOCUMENT PROCESSES AND WILL NEED TO HAVE THE ABILITY TO MANAGE THE REQUIREMENT TO OBTAIN INFORMATION FROM PEOPLE WHO HAVE MULTIPLE COMPETING PRIORITIES. YOU WILL BE COMPARING DOCUMENTED SOLUTION TO WHAT IS HAPPENING IN REAL LIFE, UPDATING AND DOCUMENTING NEW PROCESSES.

TOOLS: MS OFFICE SUIT, SHAREPOINT

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Setting up Tool Box' framework ready for publishing
- Establishing documentation standards across the Tool Box
- Catering for multiple points of access by users of the tool box (eg: SharePoint Links, Web links, etc.)
- Working with 'Component Owners' to define the types of documentation required
- Capture and create documentation for the component being created
- Review and adjust the Artefacts as required
- Assist and perform Training at the Component Owners discretion

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

- Clarity in oral communication
- Clarity in written communication
- Experience in creating IT documentation eg Process, Training, etc.
- Working Knowledge of SDLC
