Technical Writer

Harvey Nash is looking for a Technical Writer for a 2 + month project in Switzerland.

The role is for a Training Writer role in Gemini Configuration and Asset Management work stream.
- You are responsible for
- Contributing to Gemini Configuration and Asset Management specific goals and objectives
- Reporting to Gemini Configuration and Asset Management Leadership teams
- Creating Processes and Tool Trainings for Asset Management which the client introduces globally
- Translating Process Flows together with how RoD (Remedy on Demand) works into clients' department specific Trainings, based on an iLearn template
- On demand support in creating project documentation/technical documentation

Requirements

- Excellent documentation skills
- ITIL knowledge Experience in ITIL best practice
- Experience in translating complex concepts into user-friendly, clear and concise information
- Motivated to create trainings for complex processes so that any layman can understand it
- Available ASAP
- Experience in an international and multicultural environment
- Good verbal communication skills
- Good illustration skills
- Flexibility and experience in prioritizing tasks
- Ability to deal with variable workload
- Ability to achieve goals and resolve issues
- Excellent English knowledge in writing
