MAIN TASKS:
. Assists higher level technical writers with writing and editing technical documentation.
. Follows established practices and principles.
. Under supervision, may assist with modifications to existing technical documentation.
. Work is assigned and general instructions given for routine work; more detailed instruction is provided for new projects.
. Applies knowledge of company policies and standard practices to resolve problems.
. Analyzes issues and uses judgment to make decisions.
. Escalates non-standard problems or issues.
SKILLS:
. Ability to work in a team environment
. Good written communication skills in relation to technical documentation
. Understands the impact of customer satisfaction: Values the importance of customer satisfaction and understands how one's actions impact customer satisfaction.
. Gauges how quality/reliability/timeliness affect the customer's work/issues and their perception of ResCap.
. Communications demonstrate concern and interest in the customer's problems and needs.
. Written communications are coherent and accurate.
