Technical Writer

Our client is looking for a Technical Writer with 5+ years experience working in an Agile development environment., SOA using SOAP and REST APIs and experience in .NET and Java environments.

This technical writer needs to be comfortable with diagramming and documenting architecture- the client is moving from an existing .NET platform toa Java environment, and thus the candidate needs to be strong with web.

Scope of the Project:

The technical writer for the Member-Facing Web team is responsible to explain technical ideas in simple language. The genesis of these ideas will evolve from IT technical meetings, presentations, the software development life cycle, IT security and compliance requests, new product roll-outs, or web-related maintenance and enhancement requests and requirements. The transformation of these ideas into useful and consumable documentation products falls within the scope of the Technical Writer's role.

CMS systems a plus, specifically Adobe Web Experience Manager like CQ5.
