Profile: Technical writer with experience in websites/Extranet (CMS experience, HTML)

Mission:

- Manage the Extranet for the Banks (business owner, publish, user management, first line support to customers re Extranet)
- Coordinate with mainly IT the timely publication of release related information and project documents for projects impacting the banks
- Maintain the Bank User Manuals and assure their evolution to full English versions

Project description:

Ensure continuity of service delivery to our Financial Institutions client segment in the area's of:

- EXTRANET FOR THE BANKS: publish, manage accesses and user profiles, first line support to the customers and coordinate reply to the customer
- Follow up and make sure that the release related documents get published in time
- Update of the Bank Manuals (procedures and technical interfaces)

The current function holder is leaving soon and the technical aspects and access roles related to the Extranet for the Banks need to be handed over and the service continued

TECHNICAL WRITER

Activity description:

- Extranet for the Banks: familiarize with technical aspects on how to, and subsequently run, the Extranet from a business perspective: content handling, publishing, user access management
- Manage release communication delivery: Coordinate with IT for text and documents, maintain calendar, edit docs, mail & publish
- Update of Bank User Manuals and depending on the length of the mission, reconsider Manual's structures HTML experience (= plus)
- Proficient in English writing
- Affinity with technical documents
- At least a good understanding of written French/Dutch in order to translate or edit correctly
- Technical ability to handle large documents in a structured way (Word advanced)
- Able to work autonomously (one man job)
- Able to cooperate with different divisions, suppliers of input
