You will also have the following:

- In consultation with key stakeholders design, implement and oversee a set of procedures and any necessary tools/systems to reliably identify, capture, track, communicate and manage knowledge.
- Play a key role in assuring the quality of knowledge and its communication across IT Services. This will include monitoring quality, reviewing communications and developing standards and templates around knowledge management for use by other teams.
- Review and report on the performance and progress of knowledge management across IT Services.
- Assist with development, implementation and management of service level agreements for area of responsibility
- In collaboration with IT teams, the role holder will be responsible for the timely production, presentation and communication of high quality knowledge management artefacts on behalf of the senior management team.
- Make recommendations about process improvements in the area of knowledge management and participate with other members of the team
- Support other teams where required in the management of individual knowledge articles and communications including providing coaching and training.
