INITIAL 6 MONTH CONTRACT

INFLUENTIAL ROLE WITHIN HEALTHCARE ORGANISATION

An exciting opportunity exists in this healthcare organisation for an experienced Technical Writer to develop and provide technical design and implementation documentation relating to a major IT Implementation affecting frontline staff.

The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in developing training material, assisting in design and some experience with training delivery.

YOU WILL ALSO HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

- Experience in developing technical and user documentation (3-5 years)
- Experience in the development of document management (3-5 years)
- Demonstrated ability in the development and implementation of document management processes and procedures
- Demonstrated ability to manage risk in an IT service delivery environment with an ability to implement appropriate measures to mitigate risks.
- Technical ability in assessing, understanding and documenting systems design, test and implementation processes in a call centre environment.
- Ability to take complex ideas and technical documents and develop them into meaningful material that non-technical users can understand
- Project management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain internal and external relationships.
