JOB OVERVIEW:

Our client is seeking an experienced Technical Writer with the ability to define and optimize user experience. The Technical Writer will define our voice and communicate with the customer, make complex ideas easy to understand, and help customers successfully complete their tasks while feeling smart, confident and productive.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- This candidate will be involved in the user experience technical writing efforts for all aspects of the product design life cycle, from ideation to implementation of the UX COE services to the customer. Activities will include:
- Helping define new user assistance models.
- Documenting changes and creating or updating online help.
- Work with the interaction designers on in-product text.
- Create and maintain User Experience Guidelines and Style Guides with Visual Designers.
- Create visit our website to learn both about our company and about our leading workforce solutions.
