Business Analyst - Technical Writer needed for multiple software application development projects on a long-term contract in the heart of exciting Downtown Atlanta! This position involves working with internal business owners, development teams, technical support teams, quality assurance teams, and senior management to analyze business requirements associated with a large multi-year software development project. The Business Analyst-Technical Writer will create and compile software application documentation packages including but not limited to narratives, business requirement specifications, logic diagrams, input and output samples, use cases, flowcharts, technical designs, test cases, and QA procedures, from technical project team inputs, system requirements analysis, system design specifications, technical system design, technical procedure development, configuration control requirements, test and training specifications, and programming notes for new application development as well as for already existing applications. Daily tasks will include leading and coordinating the translation of business requirements, conducting requirements gathering, working with developers ensuring requirements, and developing documentation (manuals, training aids, etc.). To be considered for this role you must have at least 2 years' experience in a data reporting/application development environment, and you must have 2 years' experience in a BA role with a significant role as a Technical Writer producing documentation.
