Technical Writer

Projektbeschreibung

A QLD Government Department currently requires an experienced Technical Writer to join their team for a 3-6 month contract. The successful candidate will be part of a project to migrate applications and services to a new data centre, where you will be responsible for writing technical documentation for complex database services and associated software. This includes development of new documentation and maintenance and enhancement of existing documentation.

Skills and experience required:

- At least 2 years experience as a Technical Writer.
- Ability to document complex technical material in a way that is easily understood by a non-technical audience.
- Ability to liaise with subject matter experts to elicit and document information.
- MS Visio experience.
- Some experience with MS SharePoint would be an advantage.
