JOB TITLE - Transformation Technical Expert/Agile/Lean/Telecoms
LOCATION - Stockholm/Sweden
Darwin's client, a leading telecoms Vendor, is currently seeking an experienced Transformation expert to join their R&D team in Stockholm for a 3 month contract with possible extension. To improve the efficiency of their software development and to reduce the waste and cost of their software development our client needs to transform to Agile & Lean. Therefore expert skills and knowledge within these areas are expected.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Put Agile & Lean practices and methods to a wide spread of the company.
- Build a series of tools for Agile & Lean software development.
- Design the best architecture of software for applied Agile & Lean.
- Change the process of software development to adopt the Agile & Lean methodologies.
- Analyse and resolve the problems which they meet.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master or higher degree in computer science, software architectures and/or communications
- Familiar with the Agile & Lean methods of software development.
- At least 10 years of R&D working experience in CT software.
- Have the success practices in CT Software development. Key technical role in leading Agile
- Worldwide short-term travels are required
- Hands-on and can-do attitude
